Frequently Asked Questions

A charter concierge is your dedicated guide through what can be a surprisingly complex charter landscape. From understanding regulations and pricing structures to evaluating yachts, crews, and destinations, I help simplify decisions and manage details that aren't always visible upfront. Rather than booking a single yacht, my role is to advocate for you — coordinating with brokers, crews, and vendors, anticipating logistics, and ensuring nothing is overlooked before, during, or after your charter. The result is a smoother process, fewer surprises, and a charter experience that feels effortless from your perspective.

Charter costs depend on yacht size, location, timing and services, and can vary dramatically from day charters into the high-end weekly term market. Pricing is so variable that the best way to know if a trip is in your range is to talk with me — I work with all budgets and will tailor options that fit your needs.

Day Charters (U.S.): U.S. Coast Guard regulations limit most charters to a maximum of 12 guests total, regardless of yacht size. Term Charters: Guest limits vary by destination, yacht certification, and local regulations.
